SAMPLES: Rebecca & Andrew Wedding

I think I can honestly say that this wedding party was one of the, well, liveliest groups in a long time. I don't think there was a dull moment all day/night and I mean that in the very best way. The shots got in the hallway are some of my favs for this season. This couple also benefited from the uber-talent of my 2nd for the day, Leigh Taylor.

Credit where credit is due...this one of the men was shot by my 2nd for the day Leigh.

What great light...in a church!!!
Still in the church mind you...
Did I mention they were fun to work with?

No, they didn't know this was on the itinerary...but I did :)

SAMPLES: Tanya & Kai Wedding

What can I say? Tanya, Kai and their bridal party were some of the coolest people I have worked with to date. What photographer wouldn't love to photograph a bride who says one of her "must have" shots is her doing a roundhouse kick to the head of the groom...in her wedding dress? Nuff said! This wedding was great fun and I think her guests have probably forgiven her for scheduling it in Gainesville on the day of the LSU game (well, DURING the LSU game) :)

Great cake details!

Bubbles don't always work this well.
Love this location.
Karate Bride...Kai, sweep the leg man, sweep the leg I told you!!!
Lean back, lean back...

SAMPLES: Leigh & Nick E-Shoot

Yep, it's that busy time of year and I managed to get two E-Shoots done in a week and they were each great fun. Leigh and Nick finally decided on having their session at the Bok Tower in Lake Wales. I thought I had been there before but like Cypress Grove Park, I discovered a great NEW place to shoot thanks to Leigh and Nick. This is truly one of the best locations I have seen in Florida and we had a blast shooting there. I think we managed to move to more spots in one session that I ever have before and Leigh & Nick never showed any signs of slowing down...until we got chased out of the park by the "ranger" in his golf cart of doom. Guess when they say closing at 6:00pm, they really mean it.
Though there was a lot of rushing around, we did manage to use most every angle to produce some pretty nice images.

SAMPLES: Liz & Nathan E-Shoot

Well, first of all, thank you to Liz and Nathan for introducing me to a great new spot to shoot; Cypress Grove Park near downtown Orlando. What a great place, and it also happens to be where they are getting married so we got to scout and shoot at the same time. Before the rain let loose (and even after it started pouring) we got some really fun, cool, and thanks to Liz's idea (not to mention Nathan's willingness to subject himself to lying down on wet grass...hey, tough job Nathan but someone had to do it), sexy shots.

Oh, and did I mention that Liz is a photographer in her own right. I seem to be booking those lately with 3 on the horizon. No pressure or anything :) Actually, I am very honored to have my peers think enough of me to book me as their wedding photographer.

SAMPLES: Switzerland!!!

(yep, that's us...and this is likely the only time you'll see MY face here :-)

After getting a jump on the season with Adia & D and Natasha & Loren, I took some time off to go with my beautiful wife of 10 years, Nerissa, on a much needed vacation to Switzerland. I won't go into detail since the images speak for themselves but suffice it to say each and every moment was near perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend Switzerland to anyone looking to be astounded every waking moment. We had the time of our lives and I was breathless not only from the beauty of this land, but the beauty I brought with me from home (here's to having a spectacular wife :) Getting to spend time with her, celebrating 10 years of friends and lovers in this place that so passionately celebrates life was perfect.
