Well, the new site is almost 100% operational. The contact form is still being worked on and should be working by the end of today. Everything else SHOULD be working fine. If you see anything that doesn't seem right, please let me know.
Fixed:
-Music is better now, at least I think so.
-Links on contacts page work.
-Sound on/off button works.
Today I launched the all-new Weddings by Robert website. There are still a few kinks to work out but I wanted to get it online to make sure what worked in testing and design worked live.

This is the new portal that will take you to my new "broadband" site, the classic HTML site, better for slower connections or my Blog.
Known issues as of 7/11/07:
-The music is terrible. It's a placeholder until I get something else up. That will happen very soon.
-The music, once turned off does not come back on (probably a good thing).
-The contacts page is still a bit under construction. The links are still "place holders" for the most part. The bottom two "Sports Photography" and "Blog" link to my sports site and blog.
-The contact form seems not to work at the moment. I am addressing this and it should be up and running ASAP.
Please let me know if you have any other problems and I will make sure to get them fixed.
Taking a little break from weddings, I recently did some portraits of a marital artist named Tariq for his website and promotional materials. Since I still do a fair amount of martial arts action photography, this was a fun combination of portraiture and action. Hope you enjoy! 
P.S. I will be setting up for my annual mass-portrait shoot at the US Open Martial Arts Tournament on July 6-7 at the Coronado Springs Resort Disney World. This is an event I have been shooting for the past 9 years and it's a lot of fun. If you like martial arts, either as a competitor or a spectator, the Night of Champions is a spectacle to behold. If you've seen Karate on ESPN or ESPN2, it's usually this tournament. Here's a link if you're interested.
First, at the request of a recently booked bride, I have modified my online payment page to reflect my new package names, descriptions and pricing. When you click on the Online Payment in the menu of the website it now takes you to a page with just the online payment options only. It is a stop-gap just to tide everyone over until the new site is launched. Please let me know if you have any problems using the new page.
In other news, I am hard at work, with a designer, giving my website a dramatic upgrade. The current site was never intended to be permanent but as the season got busier and busier, I never got around to redoing it. SO, I did a search and found a good web designer to work with me and we should have the new site ready to launch in the next week or so. It will be a Flash based site, in keeping with what seems to be an industry-wide trend toward high-end, high-design sites. Personally, I just like function and form and at the moment, I only have function and not too much form. So look for that change to happen soon. When it does happen, you not go directly to my site anymore. When you go to http://www.weddingsbyrobert.com you'll get a portal and will choose to go to a low-bandwidth html only site, the new, enhanced Flash site or my Blog. I hope everyone likes the new design as much as I do.
