NEWS: Out of the Office

Just an FYI, I have a wedding on Saturday, the 29th with Amanda & Jr. followed by an e-shoot on Sunday and then I will be out of town until the following Monday, January 7th. If you have any urgent needs, email is probably the best way to get in touch with me. If you have an ongoing project, I will do my best to get it wrapped up soon after I return.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and have a GREAT NEW YEAR!

SAMPLES: Rebecca & William Wedding

Rebecca and William traveled from Virginia with family for their intimate wedding at the Renaissance Orlando Resort across the street from SeaWorld. This was a short-ish affair but beautiful and full of emotion. Having never met either the bride or groom before the wedding day, I went in cold but came away very warm as they were perfect to work with. Rebecca's window dress shot is one of my favs!

SAMPLES: Glory & Omar Wedding

We just had fun, that's all I can say. Sure, there were the usual hiccups but all-in-all, this was a fun group to be around and their reception was a DJ's dream with the dance floor full from start to finish. I still smile when I think about Omar being hoisted by his guys onto the dance floor...

Yea, that was a guy rushing the bouquet toss... and let me tell you, he didn't stand a chance of getting it :0

SAMPLES: Kat & Jamie Wedding

I know Kat was a little worried that her ceremony location may not be as photogenic as she'd maybe liked but in the end, I think it could not have been better. The Hickory Point Pavilion was a great venue after all and I am very proud of the images we were able to make there.

SAMPLES: Alisha & Chris Wedding

Wow have I been a terrible blogger lately. I suppose that's a product of being very busy thanks to all my wonderful couples who made my September/October my busiest two month period to date.

Anyway, enough with the excuses and on with the story and images... To say Alisha and rain don't get along would be an understatement. You know the day is not going as planned when the bride calls you out on the porch for a "I need your opinion" talk almost ready to break down. Long story short, Alisha and Chris had been planning to have an outdoor ceremony at the beautiful Buena Vista Palace resort and the weather didn't cooperate. It happens in Florida but that didn't mean this bride had to like it. In the end, with some great support from Chris, Alisha made some hard choices, moved her outdoor ceremony indoors and managed to make a spectacular day out of it. I applaud Alisha and Chris for not letting a change in plans dampen their day. Here are some of the best from their wedding.
