As I have previously mentioned, 2009 is shaping up to be a very busy, albeit strange year. I am slammed solid for the 2nd half of the year (read: if you're looking to book the last 3rd of 09, do it soon) but the first 3 months are surprisingly sparse. I can't complain at all about my overall booking numbers so far for 2009 but I would LOVE to get some last minute bookings for the next few months and am prepared to have a "sale" to do it. If you are last minute shopping, I promise you that I will make you an offer you can't refuse. Holiday wishes and schedule!
I want to wish all of you a wonderful holiday season. Like most of you, I will be taking plenty of family time over the next couple weeks. This will impact production and turn-around time. If you have projects currently in production, any edits or book designs in progress, and you have any immediate needs, let me know. I have been and will continue to honor all special requests. I know many of you want images to use a presents and such and every effort is being made to get those to you. Otherwise I will do my best to keep working when I can and get you your images/books/discs as soon as possible. To all my 2008 couples, a sincere thank you for allowing me to have my best year ever. All I do is because of you and the fact that I have gotten to work with, and be inspired by so many this year is a privilege. I can only hope 2009 is just as great!

Lindsey+Branden Wedding
It's been a long time coming for this post. From the E-Shoot to the now infamous TTD Shoot, Lindsey and Branden are no strangers to my blog. It almost seems fitting that I kept them waiting for the "big post". Actually it's just a sign of the times, at least my times anyway, that my blogging has slipped as I try to get all my other work done and wrap up what has been a fantastic year. Mini-sites and a GREAT offer!
Hey ya'll. First of all, hope everyone is going to have a great turkey-day. I just wanted to let you know about, or remind you that some things are very different in my new "mini-sites" that each of you now get with your wedding photo package. These mini-sites are personal, private and very cool. They give you your own URL to send people to and you get to bypass my main site, not that you'd want to :) One other really cool thing about these sites is that you now have the ability to create a "log-in" for the mini-site and save a set of favs and order prints.
To promote these new features, effective immediately, I will be offering every existing or future couple the chance to earn credit towards ordering prints for themselves. During the first 90 days your mini-site is online, every $100 in orders will earn the bride and groom $30 in print credits. If your site is already online, I will start counting that 90 days from today.
Obviously, you (the bride and groom) can order prints for yourselves and just get that $30 off but I really want to encourage your friends and family to take advantage of this opportunity to not only get some great keepsake prints for themselves, but also to help you earn credits you can use to get the little "extras" (or big 20x30 canvas print) you want for yourselves.
