Senior Portraits Jeep Style!

Robert McClory February 7, 2018

So she wanted a picture with her Jeep... But how to do it? We planned on starting at Moss Park for the more "typical" shots but for the Jeep shot I wanted to get somewhere I could play with light around sunset. I've done a few car and senior shots before but felt we could do something different with this shot. The location I picked was close by, under a huge oak tree with Spanish moss.

After years of staying more basic with my lighting, I recently started playing with both corrective gels and creative gels. For this shot I decided to use the creative gels to light the tree and inside of the Jeep. Then a 3rd and 4th light were added for the side and front of the Jeep and subject.
