Ok, so what made this shoot fun was shooting on Lauren's grandparent's land on a lake. I even got to go out on the lake and shoot from a boat for a bit. Oh, and the "American Gothic" shot is probably one of my fav shots ever from an E-Shoot :)
Maria+Owen's Winter Garden E-Shoot
Amanda+Michael E-Shoot
Very, very bad photographer! One of my fav E-shoots of all time and it seems as if I may have never blogged it before. If I did, I can't find it. Anyway, even if I did post this before, it deserves reposting. Amanda had SO MANY great ideas for her and Michael's E-Shoot, culminating in the fantastic shots we did with their custom rides. Their wedding is tomorrow but for now, enjoy them as a happy engaged couple :)
Washington DC E-Shoot #2: Lauren+Jason
Lauren and Jason were the 2nd of my DC E-Shoots. Their day was a little more free-flowing but we basically followed a similar path around the Tidal Basin and the Jefferson Memorial. As with the day before, the Cherry Blossoms were blooming nicely and it was simply beautiful. Between them and Michael and Michelle, I could not have spent time in DC with any 4 better people (other than my peeps that I brought with me :)
I'll add in a few general DC shots soon!
Washington DC E-Shoot: Michelle+Michael
(The above is one of my favs of the year so far... taken on the steps of the Jefferson Memorial)
To say our trip to DC was great is simply selling it short. The sights were fantastic and the two E-Shoots I did were even better. The first shoot was with Mike and Michelle. They wanted to capture some of the locations that had meaning in their life together like Dupont Circle where both of them have spent a lot of time, to the bridge at the Tidal Basin where they shared their first kiss. This shoot was full of romance and exploration not to mention wind and cold. Michelle was a trooper in her dress braving the (to me as a Florida-boy anyway) bitter cold of the day and she looked fantastic doing it. More from the trip in general and the 2nd E-Shoot later!
